ID123 Youth Membership Program
The ID123 Youth Membership Program is for anyone under 18 years of age NOT accompanied by an adult. ID123 is an app that is downloaded on your phone.
Once an ID is created with us, we will approve the membership by verifying the name and picture match. You must come to the Roller Roost Sports Arena to be verified.
Once you are verified, your membership will have a unique barcode. Each time you enter during our public hours, your membership barcode will need to be checked at the front door. This will allow you to enter without a chaperone.
If you do not have a phone, you can create more than 1 Membership ID Card on a friend's or parent's phone. The parent is allowed to bring the child to the window, use their phone to scan the child in, but will not have to stay after the child is checked in.
If the member chooses to break any of our rules, we will be able to revoke their privileges of attending without a chaperone by turning off their membership.
It will be a $10 fee to reinstate a member back into our system.
Those 18 years of age and older will be treated like adults and do not need an ID123 membership.
Membership ID123 Steps
Please follow the steps below to create your account. Your account will be inactive until we verify it at our front door.
Complete the steps below ahead of time. When you arrive, we will search you in our system and verify your account for future use.
1. Head to the app store and download ID123, link listed here: https://www.id123.io/digital-id-card-app/
2. Once the app is downloaded: At the top of your screen, it will say ID Cards. You want to click register and create an account for free.
3. The next screen will tell you to enter your email address. Click Register.
4. It will then send a verification code to your email. You must confirm it to continue.
5. The top of your screen will say ID Cards again. You want to click “search institution."
6. Your screen will show 3 different types of institutions: School, Business, and Membership Organization. You will click “Membership Organization.”
7. In the search field titled “Name of the Membership Organization," type “Roller Roost Sports Arena.” The country selection will autofill in the United States. The Zip Code is 17901.
8. The top of your screen will say “Add Card.”
“Roller Roost Sports Arena'' will be the only Membership Organization to appear. Click on it.
9. This will take you to a new page where you complete your information. Fill out your Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and Emergency Contact. Once complete, hit the next button in the top right hand corner.
10. You must upload a photo. This will help us recognize who you are and is required. You can either upload a photo or take a photo. Make sure this is a picture current and clear picture of yourself. You must use a photo similar to your school picture. No hats or filters, individual photos only, and with a plain background. We will be verifying this at check in, if it is not right you will have to redo it. Click “next” in the right hand corner when finished.
11. The next screen will be a confirmation of your information. Make sure everything is accurate and click “add” in the right hand corner.
12. You will have to agree with the Roller Roost Rules, Terms, and Conditions page in order to move forward in this process. Click agree in the right hand corner.
13. After agreeing, you are taken to your ID Cards. You have registered correctly and we will check you in on the day you arrive. We will verify each individual at the door and confirm that your ID is accurate. You must bring a valid form of ID upon arrival for the first time using this app. Examples include a School ID, Driver Licenses, Passport or anything with your name and photo on. If you do not have any of the above, a parent can verify your identity. After we verify your account, you do not need to bring a form of ID everytime you attend. You will only have to show us your Membership ID Card when you come to the Roller Roost after your verification. We will allow you to enter if we see an activate barcode.
If you break the rules, we will deactivate your account and you will no longer be able to enter.
You will have to pay an additional fee to turn the account back on and we will give you further instructions upon when you can return.
